OPPOSITE INTERESTS
Giovanni, Lisa, Elena, Nicolò and Nicole continue their journey at 4cLegal Academy. Today one of the judges will test them. Lorena Urtiti, Legal Headhunter, will assess their synthesis skills, which are often underestimated but are actually a priority for employers. During the second part of the episode, the finalists will meet the in-house lawyers of a leading real estate company: Maria Mariniello, Head of Legal & Compliance Southern Europe Cluster, and Simone Arena, Senior Legal Counsel, from Jones Lang LaSalle, also known as JLL, who will bring a case that is typical for their legal department. They will challenge the finalists to find a solution to a litigation they worked on: the default on payment of a commission to a real estate mediator. Who will be the winner of this episode?
