The final five have been selected: the new protagonists of the 4cLegal Academy meet for the first time. Expectations are high, but there’s little time to settle in — the first challenges await.
The day begins with a public speaking exercise led by Paola Corna Pellegrini, President of AICEO and President of Winning Women Institute. The finalists must reassure an imaginary law firm partnership concerned about the rise of AI — a challenge that puts them face to face with FOBO: Fear of Being Obsolete.
Next, under the guidance of Giovanna Moschetto, General Counsel of Vertiv Group, the contestants test the 4cAi Personal Assistant by generating an NDA in a simulated business context — a way to explore how AI can concretely support legal work.
The day closes with one-on-one interviews conducted by Sarah Cartasegna and Luca Arnaboldi, Managing Partner at Carnelutti Law Firm. A high-stakes challenge, marking only the beginning of this journey.
