Episode 3
A valuable enterprise
For the five selected candidates, the first real day of challenges begins. Welcoming them is Paolo Rapetti, General Counsel of the Sammontana Group, with a lecture on the increasingly strategic role of the corporate lawyer—now called upon to combine legal expertise with managerial vision. The participants face their first real case: analyzing a complex corporate scenario, establishing a hierarchy of responsibilities, and defending their conclusions, taking into account not only legal aspects but also ethical and decision-making implications. Next, the participants meet Gaetano Mele, founder of Happy Network, and tackle a second challenge inspired by an innovative and collaborative business model. Their task: to draft a contract proposal—using AI support—that regulates the entry of a company into the network. Joining the judging panel is a special guest: Cristina Zucchetti, President of Z-Holding. A dynamic episode that brings together strategy, law, and entrepreneurial vision.

Episode 10
The Grand Finale
2 July 2025
It’s finals time at the 4cLegal Academy. The atmosphere is charged, expectations are high, and the room is filled with the tension of a decisive moment. The technical challenges are now behind them. The day begins with a moment of introspection: questions about the experience they’ve had, personal assessments, connections formed, and obstacles overcome. Shortly after, Jordan Leo Foresi, Outreach Project Coordinator at Fondazione Leonardo, enters the room to guide the finalists through the preparation of a simulated press conference — to be faced as if they had just been announced as the winner. This challenge calls for authenticity, clarity, active listening, time management, and emotional composure. Also present is special guest Tito Burla, Vice President of AIGA. In the audience, familiar faces such as Alice Eraclei, President of ELSA Italy, and Gian Luca Carulli, Legal Talent of the Year 2024. After weeks of exercises on content and strategy, the finalists now face their most complex challenge yet: telling their story in a final interview with the jury. The day concludes with the most anticipated moment: the announcement of the Legal Talent of the Year. In addition to the internships awarded to the winner by BAT, Cassina, and Fondazione Leonardo, Alessandro Renna reveals a new recognition: the “Best Performance” award, which grants access to the 4cAI Club, three hours of coaching with Mario Alberto Catarozzo, a CV review, and personalized networking support from headhunter Sarah Cartasegna. Who will raise the trophy?
