Episode 3
A valuable enterprise
For the five selected candidates, the first real day of challenges begins. Welcoming them is Paolo Rapetti, General Counsel of the Sammontana Group, with a lecture on the increasingly strategic role of the corporate lawyer—now called upon to combine legal expertise with managerial vision. The participants face their first real case: analyzing a complex corporate scenario, establishing a hierarchy of responsibilities, and defending their conclusions, taking into account not only legal aspects but also ethical and decision-making implications. Next, the participants meet Gaetano Mele, founder of Happy Network, and tackle a second challenge inspired by an innovative and collaborative business model. Their task: to draft a contract proposal—using AI support—that regulates the entry of a company into the network. Joining the judging panel is a special guest: Cristina Zucchetti, President of Z-Holding. A dynamic episode that brings together strategy, law, and entrepreneurial vision.

Episode 5
Turning point
28 may 2025
It’s time for reflection – and new challenges: the fifth day of the 4cLegal Academy places the finalists in front of two decisive tests: AI and digital transformation. The morning opens with an intervention by Mario Alberto Catarozzo, Business Coach & Trainer, who provides an overview of the impact of artificial intelligence in professional contexts, presenting concrete tools and use cases. The challenge that follows requires clarity and quick thinking: in just 15 minutes, candidates must create an effective and accessible presentation on the legal aspects of influencer activity. A test of synthesis and communication skills, supported by a digital presentation tool. In the afternoon, the focus shifts to digital transformation in public administration, with the participation of Roberta Pavarino and Luca Candura from the Legal Department of Politecnico di Torino, Italy’s leading engineering university. After a deep dive into the main reasons why innovation projects fail, the finalists face a new individual challenge: design from scratch a successful roadmap for the adoption of a management software, avoiding the pitfalls discussed. No internet allowed – just logic, vision, and structured thinking. The two tests will be evaluated by judges Mario Alberto Catarozzo, Alessandro Renna, and Sarah Cartasegna, Head Hunter, offering a multidisciplinary perspective on communication, leadership, and project execution.
