Gather round, legal pros: the legal revolution is here. Literally. The annual LEGAL REVOLUTION is back for the fourth edition on May 3rd and 4th in Nuremberg, Germany. For the first time, 4cLegal will be joining the 1,200+ participants and 100+ speakers to share its contribution in shaping the future of legal industry in Italy and abroad. Alessandro Renna and Nara Aslanyan, respectively Founder & CEO and International Project Manager at 4cLegal, will take the stage and present the work the company has been doing for the past 8 years alongside hundreds of corporate law departments and tens of thousands of professionals and law firms, in the fields of legal tech, sustainability and marketing.

Dr. Brandhoff, first of all thanks for inviting us to the LEGAL REVOLUTION 2023. Where does the idea for a ‘Reunion of the Legal and Compliance World’ come from?
Every industry requires an annual gathering to reflect on the latest market developments and to exchange innovative solutions for the future. Our quest is to empower legal professionals to promote exchange and insightful perspectives.
What are the main novelties of this year’s edition and what are your expectations?
The Legal Revolution 2023 serves as a vibrant hub that unites advancements, proven solutions, best practices, and innovative business models that mark the legal and compliance world.
4cLegal’s core business is the digitalization of Legal Procurement. Our platform, 4cLegal Enterprise, was devised to meet the needs of corporate law departments and make it possible for the demand and supply of legal services to meet in a highly technological, transparent and efficient way. In your experience, how far along are we in the process of digitalizing the procurement of legal services worldwide?
Such platforms increase the efficiency of the relationship between law firms and legal departments. Technology and streamlined processes are driving down the cost and an increasing number of legal departments are recognizing the benefits. However, there is still some distance to cover, as many legal professionals view the legal industry as a predominantly face-to-face business.
Throughout the years, what were the main results that led to a major change in the industry?
It varies across countries driven by many factors such as rising costs and competitive pressure, as well as new laws and court decisions supporting the use of Legal Tech, which are all contributing to the change.

Ogni settore ha bisogno di un incontro annuale per riflettere sugli ultimi sviluppi del mercato e per scambiarsi soluzioni innovative per il futuro. Il nostro obiettivo è quello di mettere i professionisti del settore legale in condizione di promuovere lo scambio e le prospettive di approfondimento.
Quali sono le principali novità dell'edizione di quest'anno e quali sono le vostre aspettative?
Il Legal Revolution 2023 è un centro pulsante che riunisce i progressi, le soluzioni collaudate, le best practice e i modelli di business innovativi che caratterizzano il mondo legale e della compliance.
Il core business di 4cLegal è la digitalizzazione del Legal Procurement. La nostra piattaforma, 4cLegal Enterprise, è stata concepita per soddisfare le esigenze delle direzioni legali aziendali e per far sì che la domanda e l'offerta di servizi legali si incontrino in modo efficiente, trasparente e altamente tecnologico. Secondo la sua esperienza, a che punto è il processo di digitalizzazione del procurement dei servizi legali a livello mondiale?
Queste piattaforme aumentano l'efficienza del rapporto tra studi legali e uffici legali. La tecnologia e la semplificazione dei processi stanno riducendo i costi e un numero sempre crescente di uffici legali ne riconosce i vantaggi. Tuttavia, vi è ancora una lunga strada da percorrere, poiché molti professionisti del settore legale vedono il settore come un business prevalentemente "face-to-face".
Nel corso degli anni, quali sono stati i principali risultati che hanno portato a un cambiamento importante nel settore?
La situazione varia da Paese a Paese ed è determinata da molti fattori, come l'aumento dei costi e la pressione competitiva, oltre che da nuove leggi e decisioni giuridiche che sostengono l'uso delle tecnologie legali e che contribuiscono al cambiamento.
