Andrew serves as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at financial services companies, technology companies, and venture capital funds. He builds top legal and compliance teams for high growth companies. Andrew's global experience and expertise include intellectual property, corporate governance, capital markets, financial regulation, mergers and acquisitions and technology transactions. He has co-invented natural language processing technology applications for risk and compliance assessments.

Andrew is a business law professor at George Washington University Law School and Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, where he teaches graduate students on how to plan and launch successful businesses. He has published articles on best practices for in-house lawyers and perspectives for the legal profession. Andrew received his J.D. from Harvard Law School and his A.B. in Social Studies from Harvard College.
