#Beyondcoronavirus: Desire for redemption, the 0,01%, and our contribution

Abstract
The emergency that has hit Italy requires all of us to make a complex exercise of reasonableness. Communication on the subject has been very bad so far: catastrophists, deniers, professionals of paradox and improvisation experts have felt the need to express their stance on a critical situation, whereas we need the voice of the experts. Now, however, is the time to seriously focus on the future.

There is a health issue. It’s the doctors, scientists, researchers that must discuss it. Politicians are responsible for operational decisions and we are required to cooperate and trust those who have full legitimacy to represent us. It is OK to analyse things critically, but unbearable witnessing everyone taking a different position on masks, public transport, physical contacts and so on. There are rules, which are subject to updating. We must conform to them in a civilized way in the interest of both us and the community to which we belong.

There is an economic issue. On this subject, we all have a minimum of experience and knowledge that derives, if not from study, at least from work practice and everyday relationships. In my opinion, we can all make a great contribution in this sense.

We are at a crossroads. We can either give up the activities we did before or try to do them differently. We can give up on planning for the future or we can try to do it more prudently. We can weaken our hearts and abandon ourselves to pessimism, or we can think that our country has faced far more serious wars and epidemics – and has risen stronger than before. We can think of those who sell masks by increasing the price by more than 1700% or we can think of the captain of the Diamond Princess, the Italian Gennaro Arma.

This is our country: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LaXqHU32bm4

We have the chance to reduce damage and manage problems in a better way, not so much with technology – that is just a means - but with the positive energy that comes from the awareness of being able to positively affect the future.

So, let's start sharing problems with our customers and suppliers transparently, looking for solutions in good faith, let's give ourselves a chance and make our best to improve the situation by at least the 0.01%.

We try to do our part by setting up a free initiative to support those who need clarifications on legal and fiscal issues related to the emergency. It is called "Sportello Legale" and is disseminated from today on all 4cLegal channels.

Smart working, telework, privacy, contractual failures related to the cancellation of events and orders, contract renegotiations, use of business support measures, import-export, tax debts and any other coronavirus-related assistance need will be collected by the 4cLegal team and presented to an expert professional who has expressed his/her availability for an introductory free video or audio consultation.

We have received dozens of acceptances with encouraging and positive feedback within a few hours after contacting our network of law firms and asking them to participate in this initiative. We are talking about extraordinary people that are willing to lend-a-hand, and demonstrating a truly "sustainable" approach to the legal market: one that sees them supporting the community in the face of a situation that must see us all involved and personally engaged. To them, and to all the professionals that are going to join this initiative, we will dedicate a publication that will be presented at our next Convention on the subject of Sustainability in the legal market, which will be held in Milan in June 2020.

Please, feel free and confident to contact us for assistance using our green number 800.148.717 or email address assistenzalegale@4clegal.com.We handle every request with the utmost commitment. We count on assisted’s kind understanding if the number of requests will lead to some delay.

Now let's roll up and start getting out of this mess together.
