Our finalists at 4cLegal Academy are facing their last challenges: time is running out to show their talent. Only one of them will become Legal Talent of the Year. Episode 7 starts with a lecture by our judge Alessandro Renna, Founder & CEO at 4cLegal, about a topical issue: sustainability in the legal market. During his test, our students will have to wear the shoes of either a law firm managing partner or an entrepreneur and try to make their organization more ESG-oriented. The best among them will have a competitive advantage during the practical test with Mr. Davide Pelizzari, Credit Collection & Chief Legal Operations Officer at A2A, who will ask the finalists to frame a case of credit collection at a regulatory level: how to allow the energy provider to collect its credit, which was the result of its client’s wilful misconduct?
