We are halfway through the adventure: excitement is at its peak and the game is still on. In the sixth episode, the finalists will attend a training session with Lawyer Gabriele Fava (Founder of the Fava & Associati Law Firm) – expert in labour law – on a definitely hot topic: smartworking. Once the session is finished, the young promises will have to act as the legislator and, starting from a key principle provided to them, devise a law that effectively regulates this new reality – now so familiar to all of us. The one who will have performed best will obtain an advantage in the challenge with Huawei. “Smart” remains the buzzword, with apps and new technologies at the core of this step. The topic is the much-discussed 5G technology and, more specifically, its application in the trial project “Bari-Matera” launched by the Italian Economy Ministry, which has seen Huawei as participant. Lawyer Ravasini (Head of Legal at Huawei Technologies Italia), with video support from a colleague, explains the context in which the firm operates; then proposes to the kids a trial that will not only require technical-juridical knowledge, but also a share of soft skills and managerial ability to deliver on a requiest coming from the Marketing division.
