Last chance to stand out before the final episode: today, the young talents face the last challenges, their fate is not yet sealed. The day begins with an exceptional trainer: Andrea Montuschi, Partner & President of Great Place to Work Italia, a leader consultancy firm in the analysis of work environments. This is the subject of his lesson: something of increasing importance in the legal world, and the finalists will need to demonstrate it by illustrating what they deem as key elements for a state-of-the-art work context. The one who will have performed best will obtain and advantage in the afternoon's trial. A new round of negotiation awaits the young jurists, this time with a major Italian group offering solutions and services for the digitizations of corporations: TeamSystem. In the classroom, in order to recount the values of the firm and present the case that will be the object of the trial, the candidates will meet Nicola Baraldi, who acts as Vertical Business Product Marketing. The trial regards the negotiation for the acquisitions, by TeamSystem, of a start up operating in the legal sector. Who will win?
