A MATTER OF PRIVACY
The finalists get prepared for another training lesson dedicated to the management of the job interview, a key subject for their future career. Judge and Head Hunter Lorena Urtiti will explain how to best prepare for an interview; then proposes the five participants a team challenge, in which one team will act as recruiter and the other one as potential candidates. Only one finalist will prevail and obtain an advantage to spend in a very complex trial with the legal department of Michelin. Alberto Bianco and Gabriella Arrigo, both Senior Legal Counsels, welcome the kids. After a short motivational message delivered by Emanuela Spizzo, Head of Legal Affairs, her colleagues present the candidates with a test that has to do with the famous Michelin Guide. A true case, and very delicate, on the matter of privacy. Who will win?
