It’s time for reflection – and new challenges: the fifth day of the 4cLegal Academy places the finalists in front of two decisive tests: AI and digital transformation.
The morning opens with an intervention by Mario Alberto Catarozzo, Business Coach & Trainer, who provides an overview of the impact of artificial intelligence in professional contexts, presenting concrete tools and use cases.
The challenge that follows requires clarity and quick thinking: in just 15 minutes, candidates must create an effective and accessible presentation on the legal aspects of influencer activity. A test of synthesis and communication skills, supported by a digital presentation tool.
In the afternoon, the focus shifts to digital transformation in public administration, with the participation of Roberta Pavarino and Luca Candura from the Legal Department of Politecnico di Torino, Italy’s leading engineering university.
After a deep dive into the main reasons why innovation projects fail, the finalists face a new individual challenge: design from scratch a successful roadmap for the adoption of a management software, avoiding the pitfalls discussed. No internet allowed – just logic, vision, and structured thinking.
The two tests will be evaluated by judges Mario Alberto Catarozzo, Alessandro Renna, and Sarah Cartasegna, Head Hunter, offering a multidisciplinary perspective on communication, leadership, and project execution.
