Day Four of the 4cLegal Academy opens with a focus on personal branding and professional communication — a crucial skillset for anyone looking to stand out in today’s legal market. Leading the session is Roberta De Matteo, President of MOPI and expert in communication for law firms. The challenge? Designing a launch campaign for a newly founded law firm, putting themselves in the shoes of its founding partners. A test of creativity, strategic thinking, and self-awareness. In the afternoon, the Academy shifts to the world of business: Stefania Sgattoni, Head of Legal at Cassina, presents an individual assignment based on a real case of suspected counterfeiting. After exploring the brand’s DNA and the legacy of its design icons, the finalists are tasked with drafting a legal opinion to protect one of the company’s signature products. Judging the challenge, alongside Alessandro Renna and Mario Alberto Catarozzo, is Anna Puccio, Independent Board Member and Senior Advisor in Sustainability and Innovation. A high-responsibility exercise, supported by the strategic use of the 4cAi Personal Assistant.

On the sixth day of the 4cLegal Academy, the finalists faced two challenges requiring strategic vision and operational ability: guiding a company in the adoption of an innovative technology and defining clear rules for the responsible use of artificial intelligence in a professional setting. The morning session was led by Gabriele Faggioli and Luca Galetti, respectively CEO and Partner at Partners4Innovation (Digital 360 Group), who tasked the candidates with a positioning challenge: in just 25 minutes, they had to prepare a persuasive pitch to convince a company to adopt a new technology. Clarity, technical storytelling, and a focus on practical value were the key ingredients for communicating effectively and competitively. In the afternoon, under the guidance of Alessandro Renna, the focus shifted to AI regulation. The candidates were asked to draft — in 30 minutes and with the help of the 4cAi Personal Assistant — a policy for the use of AI within a law firm. Evaluating the exercises, alongside Alessandro Renna and Mario Alberto Catarozzo, was also Mariacristina Gribaudi, President of the Fondazione Musei Civici di Venezia, offering a cross-disciplinary perspective at the intersection of culture, innovation, and leadership.
